Description: 1 sheet of cat water decals.
How to use: After applying base coat, base color, and top coat, I cut out a cat and placed it in a container of warm water for 10-20 seconds. I picked up the decal with tweezers and used my fingers to slide the cat off of the paper. The cat stuck to one of my fingers, so I was able to press that finger against the desired nail and it applied perfectly. I let it dry for about 2 minutes then sealed everything in with top coat.

Overall thoughts: I’m in love! I think I’ve only used water decals once before this, and they were from a different retailer. I have to say that this application was very easy. My only issue is that part of the cat was transparent, so that area came out blue. Therefore, in the future, I would use these particular water decals over a white polish.
