One side has a "deer horn shape" and as explained in the lsting it has the purpose to adjust the outline and the edge of color lump & wipe put redundant pigment. With the end being silicone it was tacky enough to pick up the the flakies to just stay put until I put them on my nails. I used the pointy end to remove any large flakies from cuticles.
This tool definitely helps with creating smooth mirror effect and I can't wait to try it for this purpuse too.
I think these are great to push my cuticles back and it works perfectly for that too and is soft so doesn't hurt like some metal ones.
This is tool is also very very beautiful and elegant, it has a transparent handle with some blue crystals rhinestones.

I make such a mess as they always drop off the sponge you get with them and end up all over your finger. Взяла еще вот такую странную штучку для всего-на-свете ей можно и слайдеры ровнять на ногте, и кутикулу слегка отодвинуть, и даже излишки лака с боковых валиков стереть, обмокнув острый конец в ждсл) а если очень постараться, то можно и в качестве дотса приспособить :)

Its for the silicone nail brush used to burnish powders into the nail . But it's also good to help apply decals and cut off excess decals after application and apply loose glitters or flakies! Its a super useful little tool. And it cleans up really easily after use, too.

Some of the silicone nail brush had dents in them and one of the brushes tops came off, but I super glued it back on and it works just fine.
