Hello!
Today is the final day of The Digit-al Dozen's All That Glitters theme, and I've saved my very favorite mani for last!
A while back, I received these Galaxy Holo Flakes from BeautyBigBang for review:
I did a video review of them here, along with some multichrome holo powders I recieved:
Spoiler alert, I adore how these work on the nail--they're sparkly and glittery and holo-y, all while being smooth to the touch once you topcoat them:

So, of course I had to use them in an All That Glitters manicure!
I started with a base of Spellbound Nails In Just 7 Days, part of her Rocky Horror Valentine collection releasing January 5th (stay tuned for my review!). Then I stamped a first layer of the gems from UberChic Beauty's 22-01 with Messy Mansion Sterling:
Then I covered that first layer with the loose multichrome glitter, and then stamped the second layer with Messy Mansion Black. Here's how it came out:
I am so happy with how this turned out!!! I think the flakies make the gems look exactly like diamonds!! And this technique is soooo easy. Here's a tutorial I did showing how it's done:
What do you think? And are you a diamonds girl? I love them, but have to admit, I love rubies and emeralds more--those deep, gorgeous colors. Hmmm...I gotta check out if they have these holo flakies in red and green...
