A while back I tried out a holo powder from a different brand, but I was curious to try this out. Today, thanks to BeautyBigBang I can test this Rainbow Pigment Nail Holographic Unicorn Powder, too. It is really, really finely milled and you can get a beautiful lenar holo effect with it, on regular nail polish and on gel polish base as well. ;)
In the jar is 0.2 grams of pigment which is really little but of course you can get more (0.5g, 1g etc.) as well. Is is really finely milled which also means that it flies everywhere easily in the room.
I used it on gel polish but you can use it on nail polish as well, with a waterbased topcoat. On my pointer finger I used a light blue nail polish , on the little I used white , and on my middle and ring finger I used a black nail polish. Then I applied a no-wipe gel topcoat , on that the powder and finally, no-wipe gel top coat again.
