It's Friday! Do you have any plans this weekend? I'm seeing some friends from out of town and finishing up my syllabi for my courses that start next week! I'm kicking off the weekend with some chameleon shift flakies from Beauty Big Bang, so let's dive in!
Here's the package of flakes, which of course is fully sealed. I can definitely get 10+ manicures out of this. These powders and flakes are deceiving. A little goes a long way! This color is 5A.
I did two coats of a mossy green creme, Le Chat Dare to Wear Olivia. As I always do, I let that dry a bit, added a coat of Sticky Base Coat, waited about 30 seconds, and used the applicator to put on the flakes!
Outdoors: The colors shift more outside in shade or indirect sun. The most evident colors are green, orange, and gold, but I SWEAR, there is a beautiful purple shift that hide for my camera!
I love to matte the flakies as well, so here's some extra shots.
It's no secret how much I love loose chameleon flakies. I use them a lot in art. They are easy and beautiful. Remember, this is color 5A.
